Location and Parking

We are located in the Activ Space building in West Seattle, near Alki Beach. The address is 3400 Harbor Ave SW, Seattle WA 98126.

The parking lot is for permit holders only, but you will find ample free street parking on Harbor Ave.

The elevator to the building is located across from the office. Follow signs for the office.

Massage Etiquette

Please arrive for your appointment clean and well hydrated. Hydration is important for muscle health.

There is an intake form located in your confirmation email that should be filled out prior to arriving to your appointment.

You will be asked to undress to your comfort level. Some choose to remove all clothing, some choose to keep some clothing on. There is no normal to this and it is entirely up to you to choose what makes you the most comfortable. You will be modestly draped by the sheets and blanket at all times, accept for whatever area I am working on. I will not adjust any garments you may choose to leave on. Those areas I will just work above the sheets as needed so as to not get massage oil on your garments.
